All fees charged by Orta Oral Surgery are your responsibility for payment regardless of your insurance coverage.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. In our pursuit of delivering the best oral surgery and maxillofacial care at a fair price to our patients, all payments are due at the time of service unless any prior arrangements have been made between you and our office. Payment arrangements may possibly be made for a monthly payment plan, but this must be implemented prior to any surgical procedures.

We provide monthly statements of your account. It could take insurance companies four to six weeks to respond to your claims. If your statement does not reflect payments made by your insurance company, please call our office so that we may investigate the delay. Remaining balances after your insurance has paid is the portion that is your responsibility. We appreciate prompt remittance of your payments.
